HOWEVER, this is not a site you should join JUST to get a simple question answered. TIPS for finding your answer online... 1. Use Google for your specific ailment or herb. If you have "pink eye" for example, Google "pink eye remedy" or "herbal advice for pink eye." 2. If you want to discuss things with other herbalists and want to find a forum, Google "herbal forum" for example. SusunWeed.com has a great forum. We apologize that we can no longer answer health and herbal questions for free. If you are interested in learning about herbs on an ongoing bases, please check out HerbMentor.com.
We realize it may be a little frustrating to use our Customer Support System to get a simple message to John & Kimberly. Know that every message with get through to John personally within 48 hours in most cases. If they are for Kimberly, John will pass them on. Our new system assures your emails will reach us.
