Can I pay by check? How?

You can. BUT you need to email me that you sent a check for $67 plus $10 shipping AFTER you actually put the envelope in the mail box. The contact info is here. I will not hold kits for people who do not contact me AFTER the check is in the mail.

Can I replace the herbs in the Kit?

If you want to use an herb other than Echinacea root, you can follow the same instructions in the kit, but use the herb of your choice. We will mail you the Echinacea, and you can purchase other herbs at iWantHerbs.com. Purchase at least 2 ounces of whatever herb you want to use, just to be safe.  Unless you are sure of the alternative herb you want, please play it safe and use the Echinacea we provide.

How to I get my $1 trial of HerbMentor.com

When your register and then confirm the registration in an email, you will be sent to a page that has instructions on how to get your HerbMentor Trial subscription for $1. The link to this page is also emailed to you.

If you do not get any emails, please check your junk mail box.

 

How do I get my bonuses? Can I download what I want?

You get your bonuses at HerbMentor.com. You have to REGISTER your kit in order to get instructions on how to get your Trial Offer.

As long as you are an HerbMentor member, you can download or view whatever you want. However, in exchange for this generous offer, we ask that you keep the materials for yourself. Please do not share or sell anything you download. It is for YOUR personal use.

 

Why do I have to sign up for HerbMentor to get my bonuses?

In the past, we used to give special bonuses on the CD with the kit. However, as we created more and more materials, we found the cd or dvd to be rather limiting.

Therefore, in the interest of saving more plastic from the landfill AND in the interest of giving you TONS of amazing materials, we decided to host the bonuses on HerbMentor, our membership site. $1 is not a bad price for the amount we give you.

 

Can I cancel HerbMentor any time? How much is it?

HerbMentor will automatically charge your card $9.99 (as a Kit owner) a month until you cancel. The first month is $1. You can cancel any time. Buying a Kit DOES NOT automatically sign you up. You have to manually sign up AFTER you purchase your kit.

 

Do you wholesale the Kit?

No, we do not. These are hand assembled in small batches. In the interest of keeping the kit materials up to date and the herbs as fresh as possible, we will continue to only sell them retail in small batches.

 

Can I purchase the DVD separately?

No. The dvd is tied in with the Kit and makes no sense as a separate product.

Do you ship to other countries outside the U.S.? To APO?

Yes, if the US Postal Service delivers, so do we. APO is also fair game.

How much is it to ship a kit outside the U.S.?

Canada is about $12, England is about $20, Australia is about $27. Most places in Europe are around $22.

Is there ever a problem shipping herbs to Australia?

Sometimes there is. If there is, you can get herbs at this site here. There is info on how much you need in our main Support area.

I know you have the notification list for the Kit. Can I get one early?

Sure. After you join the list (and confirm), you will be emailed a “Pre-order” opportunity within a day or two. Feel free to pre-order if you want to be guaranteed a Kit. Often, the sell out within a day of officially going on sale!

 

Do I need a computer for this?

You do not need to own a computer to do the kit. However, you do need access to one at SOME point to simply locate and and print the written instructions.

 

Is there a "certificate" for this kit?

No, there is not. LearningHerbs.com does not offer a certification program. We have home study options on HerbMentor.com
