SHIPPING AND BILLING

LearningHerbs.com will use commercially reasonable efforts to process, invoice, and ship all orders within 72 business hours from when the order is received by LearningHerbs.com and provided, that the merchandise ordered is available and in stock. Your order will then ship out via the method selected. Non-verifiable orders may considerably delay your order as well as requiring us to obtain additional information from you in order to process the order. LearningHerbs.com shall not be responsible for any orders shipped to an address that is different than the one specified on the original order. Any shipping address that was altered by you is your sole responsibility.

RETURNS

If you are unsatisfied with your order, you may return it to LearningHerbs.com within one month of receipt for a full refund (original shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable). Return shipping charges are your responsibility. If you cancel your order, after the order has shipped, the shipping and handling costs will not be refunded. However, if your order has been cancelled prior to shipping, all costs will be refunded.

 

CANCELING ORDERS

To cancel your order, email us right away or call 425-216-6373.. If your order has already been shipped, we will be unable to cancel it.

 

RETURNING A PURCHASE

Please email us if you have any questions. Mail your purchase back first class, in original packaging, within one month of receipt date. It can take up to 15 business days for us to receive your return package.

DAMAGED GOODS

If your order has been opened or damaged, refuse delivery and immediately contact us to report the problem. A replacement will be sent once we receive the returned damaged goods. No charges will be applied for additional shipping or handling due to damages.
