Herbal Teleconference Download Page All teleconferences have been saved to mp3 files. You can... 1) Click on the link and listen right away in front of your PC or Mac. 2) To download, RIGHT CLICK your mouse (on Mac, this is done by holding the CTRL key while clicking).
Then you will have the option to name the file and save it where you want it. The files are about 15mb each. They may take awhile to download on a dial up connection. Then, play it through your PC's mp3 program. 3) Once you have it downloaded, you can also burn it to a cd (my favorite way so I can listen in my car) or put it on your iPod (you can use the free iTunes for burning or for your iPod.
