What if one hour with a single plant could change the way you experience herbalism?

Join us for a guided, sensory exploration with rosemary, and discover what becomes possible when you slow down, listen deeply, and move beyond information into relationship with the plants.

Most of us learn herbalism by reading, studying, and gathering information about plants. And that knowledge is valuable.
But there is another way of learning: one that invites your senses, intuition, body, and lived experience into the conversation.

In this free live workshop, Kimberly Gallagher and herbalist Lauren Morgan will guide you through a simple but profound practice with rosemary. You’ll have the opportunity to slow down, become fully present, and experience what it feels like to learn from a plant through your senses and intuition.

Together, you’ll explore how to:
🍂 Use your senses as a powerful herbal learning tool
🍂 Deepen your trust in your instincts and intuition
🍂 Slow down enough to notice what a plant - and your own body - is communicating
🍂 Develop a more personal and meaningful relationship with the plants around you

Whether you’re brand new to herbalism or have been studying for years, this gathering offers a chance to experience a familiar plant in an entirely new way.

All you need is a sprig of rosemary, a cup of rosemary tea, and a willingness to slow down and listen.

This is a taste of Rhythms & Relationships: A Feminine Way Into Herbalism, our new live journey into a more intuitive, relational way of practicing herbalism.

Come spend an hour with us, and see what opens when you slow down enough to listen.
