Honoring John: A Personal Note

Dear LearningHerbs Family,

With deep sadness, we share the news that our co-founder and my beloved husband, John Gallagher, passed away on June 19th after a long struggle with insomnia, anxiety, and depression.

John was a visionary who dedicated his life to helping people connect with nature. He loved this planet and especially the plants with his whole heart. His passion for the earth and its plants infused everything we’ve created here at LearningHerbs. 

John believed in making herbal learning accessible, creative, and empowering—and he touched countless lives through his work.

Now we have the opportunity to honor John and his life’s work by keeping LearningHerbs up and running. 

As we continue forward, John’s spirit and values will remain at the heart of LearningHerbs. 

It may take us some time to find our footing, but we want to assure you that your memberships will stay active and our amazing team will continue to curate herbal information just for you. 

We hope you will join us in honoring John. We are preparing an online memorial gathering for this man who touched so many. Look for details in the weeks to come.
